Neighborhood Conservation Plan --
As part of the Neighborhood Conservation program, the County has each neighborhood or community association prepare and periodically update a Neighborhood Conservation Plan (NCP). The NCP is a document which serves many purposes, such as:
a) providing the basis for all County funded Neighborhood Conservation investments and activities,
b) defining for the County staff what is important and needs to be done in the neighborhood, and
c) providing a framework for neighborhood based efforts to make our community stronger and more livable.
