Note the Carlin Springs Rd (CSR) is the only  primary route done by the County.  Arlington Blvd is done by the state (VDOT). 

The secondary route is blue, which includes a single loop in the neighborhood and 5th Rd west of CSR.

The green are school bus priority not covered in red or blue.

The other roads are done after the top three categories County-wide are completed.  Note the orange areas require a small truck to do the work.
